Photo Selection

Often we are asked how to identify an image posted on the proofing gallery. This is very important since we want to ensure you receive the correct prints.

When you first enter your gallery you will find a display of 25 thumbnail images. If you double-click any of these thumbnails, you will be shown a larger preview. Below each image is a Photo ID number and the copyright disclaimer. The photo ID number is how we properly identify each file. There are hundreds if not thousands of images per event so writing the correct number down is important.

As shown here in this screenshot, the Photo ID number is always located under the larger preview (see between red arrows).

NEVER use the numbering sequence shown above the photos. Each web browser, whether its Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc. may display the images in random order at any time, so this number is never used for reference. Doing so will most likely result in the wrong print being delivered and we want your order done right the first time!

If you have any difficulty reading the Photo ID numbers, please don’t hesitate to call us for assistance!

Happy photo selecting!
